NIMC has a dedicated team of placement officers who are responsible for the placements of its students once they complete their course. On the one hand the placement cell works tirelessly for identifying new job opportunities, new corporates to place our students, and on the other hand it works closely with the training department to assess the knowledge, skills and attitude of the students.

Deficiency areas are identified and corrected steps are taken to prepare the students for the interview by providing mock interview sessions that simulate the actual environment thus giving the students the confidence to face all the challenges of an interview. The Placement Cell remains in close contact with the students in order to not only motivate them that helps them to overcome the stress associated with interviews, but also informs them about the terms and conditions of employment before the interview to avoid a negative situation at a later date.

Today we are associated with more than 100 MNCs and have successfully placed 7600 candidates till date through online / offline placement drives and campus recruitments
